Phoebe Waller-Bridge

What a woman.
Crashing? Bloody brilliant comedy, in classic Waller-Bridge style, underpinned by themes largely universal to the 20s experience; loneliness, a sense of liminality... feeling the need to sort one's self out. Such themes are communicated gently, and humorously.
Fleabag? I won't patronisingly summarise this for you - chances are, you've seen it. But blimey - powerful. Funny. Raw. I was given 'The Scriptures' (the Fleabag screenplay) for Christmas a while ago and just loved thumbing through it; clever craftsmanship. I once went into a hairdresser and had a complete Clare experience. Think less 'pencil', and more 'not-so-stylish lesbian'.
She wrote Fleabag in her 20s. Puts one's life into rather harsh perspective.
Killing Eve? Bloody HELL Jodie Comer is hot in this. Brilliantly, engagingly written. Big fan.
